Entrepreneur's Day Ministry for the Business Environment, Trade and Entrepreneurship

30/09/2019

The Ministry for the Business Environment, Commerce and Entrepreneurship celebrates this partnership by organizing, for the first time, the Entrepreneur's Day event, a moment of recognition of the continuity of Romanian entrepreneurship. This year we celebrate 155 years of partnership between the chamber system, the business environment and public institutions.

On September 30, 1864, Prince Alexandru Ioan Cuza promulgated the law regarding the establishment of Chambers of Commerce, offering merchants services in the field of commercial and industrial education and international relations, and by Royal Decree no. 1363 the first 15 Chambers of Commerce and Industry were established on the territory of the United Principalities.

This year we celebrate 155 years of partnership between the chamber system, the business environment and public institutions.

The Ministry for the Business Environment, Commerce and Entrepreneurship celebrates this partnership by organizing, for the first time, the Entrepreneur's Day event, a moment of recognition of the continuity of Romanian entrepreneurship.

Family businesses, passed down from generation to generation, today represent an increasingly strong component of domestic entrepreneurship. We have learned over time to combine tradition and innovation and turn our stories into successful brands.
